Surimi Book 3rd edition

After going through numerous attempts, I finally opened a blog: Surimiman’s Surimi School blog.

I am excited to announce that along with 63 combined authors I have now submitted 23 chapters for the 3rd edition of Surimi and Surimi Seafood.  This book should serve our global industry and academia as an encyclopedia-like in surimi and surimi seafood. This book should be printed in November 2013.
